Due to the storm experienced in Valencia, for tickets issued on or before October 29, 2024, all Turkish Airlines flights departing from and arriving in Valencia between October 29, 2024, and November 5, 2024 (inclusive) for individual and group passengers registered will be processed under the following conditions, regardless of fare rules, until November 5, 2024 (inclusive):
Reservation changes can be made free of charge for travels within the same cabin and in the same fare class, provided that there are available seats, until November 24, 2024 (inclusive).
Cancellation/refund processes will be conducted in accordance with the original fare rules.
The validity of the ticket can be extended until November 24, 2024 (inclusive) without any fare difference or penalty.
For groups with a payment made or guaranteed MCO, changes/refunds can be processed (upon request) without considering existing penalties under current fare rules.
Changes and refunds can be processed at the Turkish Airlines sales offices, the agencies where the ticket was purchased, and the call center.
Changes made under the above provisions will be limited to once, and for any subsequent change requests, penalties and fare differences will be applied according to the fare rules.
